Bernardsville Petition for Plan Conformance
The Borough is petitioning the Highlands Council for a review of its master plan and development regulations for conformance with the Highlands Regional Master Plan (RMP). The Draft Consistency Review and Recommendations Report has been posted for the required 30-day public comment period. It is anticipated that the Highlands Council will hold a public hearing on the Petition for Plan Conformance at the Council’s regularly scheduled meeting on December 12, 2024.
